Op Sadbhanva (Goodwill) is an unique human initiative undertaken by Indian Army in the state of J&K and UT of Ladakh to improve the overall core social indices of edn especially women, youth empowerment and hlth care with simultaneous thrust on capacity bldg through implementation of community / infra devp projs. The 8th Harka Bahardur Memorial Archery Competition was conducted by 31 RAJPUT under Kargil Sentinels, Social and Educational Welfare Society, Kargil and Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Kargil at AGS, Harka Bahadur to uphold the significance of traditional culture of Kargil dist and enhance the trust and bond betn Indian Army and local population.
